I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with large windows offering nice views, and all the facilities needed were available. However, the service upon arrival was very rude, almost to the point of being offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, but the dining options were limited. The facilities were great overall.

The hotel is ideally located in the bustling center of Burleigh Heads, opposite the beach, offering convenience and beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, with modern furniture and great laundry facilities, although the beds in the second bedroom were not up to par. The price was reasonable for the overall value provided.

The hotel offers great facilities with a lovely view from higher floors, making me very happy. The rooms are well-equipped with good appliances and a nice fit-out. However, the service was very rude upon arrival, to the point of offering a refund in an unpleasant manner. The location is in a residential area on the Gold Coast, right opposite the beach and close to restaurants. The dining experience offers homemade cakes. Overall, a mixed experience with fantastic rooms but disappointing service.
